Even though the game was important, both teams will make the playoffs. Telstar improved to 11-5 and trail 2nd place Kordallsteelers (30 points) by 3 points in the standings for 3rd place with 27 points. BC Mess is now in 4th place with a 10-6 record nd have 26 points. Next weekend Telstar will host Grengewald and BC Mess must play at Soleuvre which is always difficult on a Sunday late afternoon.

Xavier Pollard was held to a season low 7 points, all in the first quarter. Pedro Nunes came from the bench and dropped 15 points for the winners and Derek Wilson Jr. added 11. Bascharage Hedgehogs made a late game surge to get back into this one after trailing by as much as 21 points midway thru the 3rd period. American imports Antonio Bivens 32 and Marcus Neal 31, led the Steelers to victory as they improve to 14-2 on the season. Yvan Neves scored 14 and Captain Sascha Muepu added 12 to help the cause. Next weekend Kordallsteelers hosts Arantia Larochette and Bascharage will travel to Mondorf.

Grengewald 93 - Schieren 89

Black Frogs played one of their best matches of the season, nearly defeating the home team as they searched for their first win. A big 31 point quarter boosted Grengewald to the victory. Stefan Stefanovich was on fire finishing with 47 points as he knocked down 10 three pointers for the Black Frogs and chipping in was Julien Kemp with 15. Grengewald's Ronald March Jr. dominated this one with 49 points to lead all scorers. Shaquille Dance notched 24 for the greens and Yannick Julien added 17.
