Hoops Club were aimed in to deliver their best effort of the season. The Energy Sporting Club were anything but ready, and the gap between the two coaches was obvious. Tabatha Richardson-Smith (183-F, college: Seton Hall) scored 22 points (17 rebounds), Narine Gyokchyan (186-F/C-93) added 16 and Hoops run pass Energy Sporting Club 72-56 on Tuesday night. Michaela Houser (170-PG-91, college: Purdue) was again impressive with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. "The key to the game was our team defense", said coach Jad El Hajj. We stopped them early and we passed the ball well to eachother. This will always led to victory in basketball. Hoops Club dished out 18 assists as a team and held Energy down by 20 plus points in the first half.

Julia Torres (190-F-93, college: Missouri Western) was the bright spot of Energy Club scoring 22 points and pulling down 10 rebounds in the loss.

Hoops Club will host Sporting Club Chabibeh this Sunday which will be the WLBL game of the year. Many are talking about the match up between Riyadi and Hometmen but Sunday night will be the most competitive game of the year.
