Besiktas Istanbul announces the aggreement with Galatasaray Medical Park Istanbul about Carlos Arroyo(188-G-79, agency: Interperformances, college: FIU) with the price of 450.000 USD. After the heavy injury of Henry Domercant (194-G-80, college: E.Illinois), Galatasaray Medical Park Istanbul was looking for a guard.
