Antonio Webb
Friday:
Tennessee D. - Nashville B. 90-74

Antonio Webb (5'10''-G-84, agency: Team Quest Inc., college: Bethune-Cookman) (5'10''-G-84, agency: Team Quest Inc., college: Bethune-Cookman) and Thomas Shewmake (6'9''-C-84, college: Cal.St. Northridge) scored 20 points apiece, and the Tennessee Dragons rolled to a 90-74 victory over the Nashville Ballers on Friday night. The victory extended the Dragon's record to 5-2 with yet three more games left in the weekend.

The Norman Express have won three in a row thanks some great play from Brayon Brown (6'3''-G-86, college: Oklahoma). Anthony Allison (6'7''-F-86, college: Texas Coll.) scored 25 points, Brayon Brown added 20 points and 8 rebounds to lead the Express attack, the Express are now 3-0 with two more games in the weekend.

Stone Mt. VOF H. - GIE Morrow D. 74-72
Dexter Hall (6'10''-F-78, college: S.Carolina St.) scored 22 points and 11 rebounds to help the VOF upset the GIE Morrow Disciples 74-72 on Friday night and snap a five-game skid. Jermaine Dailey (6'8''-F-86, agency: SportsList Inc., college: Ill.-Chicago) was the top scorer with 18 points and 12 rebounds, and Warren Beaulah (6'5''-G-84, college: Brewton Parker) added 17 points for the Disciples, who have lost five of six. 'We just have to get all of our guys back, said Disciples guard Jermaine Barnes (6'5''-G/F-82, agency: SportsList Inc., college: Atlanta Christian). It's hard to win with three starters out. The Hawks played a great game and I look forward to the return of Nick Clark (6'5''-G/F-84, college: Albany St.). Barnes was limited to only 13 points on 6-14 shooting. He added 6 rebounds and a game high 10 assist.

The Dragons were playing in there 2nd game of the day, although they played well the fell short a victory. The Dragons were led yet again by Antonio Webb with 26 points. Carlos Woodard added 12 and 3 very impressive slam dunks over Lions defenders. The Lions are now 6-3 in the Southern Conference.

Austin K. - Norman E. 116-91
The Norman Express were missing five of there top players, but as star guard Brayon Brown stated 'The show must go on'. The Austin Knights rolled pass the depleated Express ball club 116-91. 'We just ran out of gas', said Brown. I'm very disapointed in our teams. The Knights were led by Pat Perkins (6'1''-G-82) with a game high 30 points. Geoff Harner (6'1''-G-83) added 18 points (4-5 3PTP) and 5 assists in the victory.

Sunday:
GIE Morrow Disciples. - Tennessee D. 110-101

Morrow coach Michael Davis had some concerns about his team's ability to follow up an terrible showing Friday night as they lost to the VOF Hawks. He shouldn't have worried. Playing with a healthy roster for one of the few times this season, the Disciples pass the Dragons lat in the forth, getting 30 points from Jermaine Barnes and Derrick Stroud (6'8''-F/C-75, college: Indiana St.) in a 110-101 win on Sunday night. Jermaine Dailey added 22 points and 11 rebounds in the victory. 'The Dragons are a great team', said Barnes. They played like 3 games this weekend. They were tired. Antonio Webb led the Dragons with 30 points knocking down 6 three pointers. The Dragons now move to .500 in the Western Conference with a record of 5-5, the Disciples move to 10-5.

Southern G. - Georgia L. 82-76
With star guard Will De La Cruz (6'2''-G-80, college: Atlanta Christian) down with a neck injury it seemed that the lions would roll pass the Generals. But the home team jumped out to a comanding 31-17 led on the Lions. The Lions battled back and brough the game within 3 points. De La Cruz then went to the locker room and suited up. 'I just couldn't stand back and watch my club go down', said De La Cruz (8 points, 8 assist in 16 mins). Michael Slaon led the Generals with 25 points and 4 rebounds. Shawn Morgan (6'6''-F, college: Arkansas St.) added 17 points and 7 rebounds for the Generals. The Lions top scorer was Deonta Stokes (6'1''-G-86) with a career high of 30 points.
