Taylor (6'1''-G-86, college: Erskine) led the way for the Dragons scored 20 points (16 in the 4th), including 7 assist and 5 steals, while Antonio Webb (5'10''-G-84, agency: Team Quest Inc., college: Bethune-Cookman) added 21 nailing 5 three pointer in victory, 89-85 against the VOF Hawks on Saturday afternoon. For the Hawks Nick Clark (6'5''-G/F-84, college: Albany St.) was the high man with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assist in the loss.

Central Texas Cyclones- DFW Warriors 80-63

Daniel 'Skip' Thomas (6'7''-F-85, college: Langston) scored 19 points and had 3 impressive dunks to help the C. Texas Cyclones withstand Brian Carlyle (6'8''-F-85, college: Montevallo) 's career-high 21-point 10 rebound performance for an 80-63 victory over the DFW Warriors on Saturday night. Billy Wilson added 14 points for the Cyclones, who dealt the short-handed Warriors their 1st road loss. Ricky James (6'3''-G-84, college: Trevecca Naz.) had 21 points for DFW but it just wasnt enough to pass a talented Cyclones team. Like the Disciples the DFW Warriors are missing 3 starters.

Tennessee Dragons -GIE Morrow Disciples 80-88

Jermaine Barnes (6'5''-G/F-82, agency: Low Country Sports, college: Atlanta Christian) scored 28 points, Warren Beaulah (6'5''-G-84, college: Brewton Parker) had 18 as the GIE Morrow Disciples beat the Tennessee Dragons 88-80 on Saturday night. Jermaine Dailey (6'8''-F-86, agency: SportsList Inc., college: Ill.-Chicago) added 10 points and 13 rebounds. T.J. Taylor was the high man for the Dragons finishing with 24 points in the loss. Antonio Webb added 17 points and 7 assist. 'Those guys were tired, they just played that morning and defeated the VOF Hawks', said Disciples guard Jermaine Barnes. I take my hat off to them. I know it will be a war with them all season long.
